...ADULTS LET LOOSE with danceAwakenings at Tae San in Hebron. This class meets one Sunday night a month, with the next date tentatively scheduled for Sunday January 25, 7pm-8:30pm. Come dance like nobody is watching!!!

Recent Family Yoga Dance Events: We just held a Family Yoga Dance and Drum Charity Event at Sacred Rivers Yoga in Glastonbury, with live drumming. This event raised over $100 for the Youth Health Alliance! Thanks to all those who came and danced with us to support this great cause! Also in November we were invited to lead a Family Yoga Dance Event at the AHM Family Recource Center in Hebron to help celebrate their 25 year anniversary.
